SERVPRO of Pompano Beach

We called ServPro when the pump filter on our washer leaked during a cycle. It was a Saturday morning - the project manager Carlos was able to come out Sunday morning to take a look at things and recommend a plan of action. By that time we had the visible moisture cleaned up - but there was still moisture in the walls. Carlos sent Ralph out that Monday with air movers and a dehumidifier; Ralph very carefully took pictures and measurements, removed the baseboards, drilled holes in the sheetrock, and started up the equipment. He explained each step as the work progressed. (Earlier review already written.) On Tuesday Jose came by to check on progress. Two of the fans were turned off, and the remaining equipment shifted a bit to be more focused where there was still moisture. Explanations came with each different action, and Jose also answered all my questions. We had hoped that the work would be done on Wednesday; an urgent case prevented a tech from visiting that day. Jose called later that day and made arrangements to come Thursday morning to doublecheck measurements and to remove equipment. He was very considerate of the appointment in my schedule first thing in the am, and on return I texted him and presto, he was here very quickly. The equipment was removed and pictures taken, questions answered, and then ServPro was gone. This experience reinforced previous situations in which we've called ServPro. The response is rapid, the professionalism taken very seriously, and work meticuously executed. I would not hesitate to call them again and will recommend them to anyone with a problem. Ralph was great. He had to replace a leaking dehumidifier. He was very careful of our furnishings and the hallways in the condo. He installed a plastic sheet with zippers. At the end he made sure all was cleaned up. Very courteous and made certain his work was professional.

Ralph and Jonathan came yesterday to my father’s unit to find out through their knowledge that there is more work to do than eliminating moisture at our apartment. We appreciate their honesty. We are going to continue working with their company now that we need the insurance company footing the bill. Very Good Company to work with!

These guys are definitely the best. Don't listen to anybody, when they say I know a guy, my wife just gave birth to our second child. I came home to prep the house, and smelled a strong odors coming from the vents. I discovered black mold in my A/C unit and filter. Black mold is a serious issue and only a company like Servpro of Pompano Beach gave me the confidence to put my family safety in their hands. Big big thanks to Andreas,Mario,Xavier and Cindy. I had a sewage line backup in my home. What a horrifying, stressful and disgusting thing to happen. I immediately called Servpro and I couldn’t have been happier. Mario came out within two hours, fairly assessed the situation, worked with my homeowners insurance to obtain approval, and had his crew chief, Mike and his techs Marcus and Nadia here the very next day. They did it all, from packing up my belongings to creating a containment area; all while working both diligently and neatly. In fact, when my GC came to start the actual repairs, he commented on how well and net the remediation work was! Servpro was wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them more.
