SERVPRO of South Palm Beach

I just used Servpro of South Palm Beach for a flooding incident in my condo, which came from a unit two floors above me. Servpro sent to me, Isaac, along with one of his coworkers. Isaac is professional yet friendly, a meticulous, experienced employee, who is not only very punctual, but was very attentive to his duties, ensuring there were no signs of water or moisture in my home at the completion of service. Having Isaac handle this emergency for me made my worry so much less than it could have been. I am grateful and appreciative for how he performed his duties during this unexpected emergency and would recommend Servpro of South Palm Beach and Isaac to anyone who is experiencing a flooding situation.

Servpro cleaned and treated my AC ducts and did an excellent job. The lead technician, Jack, kept us informed every step of the way. He and his partner Daniel were extremely conscientious and were also very nice. I highly recommend ServPro and especially Jack and Daniel.

I used Servpro again for AC Duct cleaning in a condominium I manage. Jack did an amazing job cleaning the ducts on 12 floors in the common areas. Very professional, informed me throughout every step and left all areas clean.

I hired Servpro for a relatively small water damage cleanup and restoration of the affected area. My job remains unfinished because they claim that I did not contract for "reconstruction". I took them at their word that my job would be "like it never happened". Throughout the subsequent back and forth with the Servpro team and management, they never took a scintilla of responsibility for not having made certain that my "so-called contract" reflected my request / expectations which, from my point of view, were made perfectly clear to the Production Manager (salesman) and obvious based on an examination of the site. Further, Servpro made no offer to compromise or propose any alternative resolution to our disagreement. Lastly, as a result of my job not being finished as I had expected, I believe that the charges for the work done was excessive.
