SERVPRO of Sumter County/Villages/Marion Oaks

This is the 2nd time I've used ServPro in Sumter County the Villages. They never disappoint. I called they sent Rodney out. Rodney assessed the situation and immediately went to work with Ron to get the job done. Last week I had another pipe burst and I called they were out, brought their equipment doing what they needed to do so the problem didn't escalate! Not only that but they found another issue and told me how to do a DYI, saving me thousands of dollars. These guys are honest and compassionate and know their stuff. I'm so glad there are still people and companies out there, especially in this area who do the right thing and get the job done right and don't take you to the cleaners. Thank you guys for everything, you are what make this company so successful

I am SO glad we had input on selecting this company! Rodney was amazing! He arrived promptly, and got all the mitigation started, and was on site daily to make sure everything was perfect. Rodney is not only a caring and compassionate person, he is really, REALLY good at what he does. We are so grateful to him and his team!

Curtis and Ron were terrific. They were efficient, pleasant and cleaned as they worked. They kept us informed at each stage of the process and were incredibly considerate of our comfort. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about this franchise. We had a waterline to our ice maker leak overnight. Water covered several rooms. Called ServePro and within 1 hour had a man on site. 30 minutes later, 2 more techs arrived. They worked all day to remove two levels of wet flooring. Our thanks to Stetson, Sebastian and Brandon for that day. And a shout out to Christian who was monitoring the house while we were away and kept us up to date by phone and email. Great work team!
