Brandon came out and provided me with some great information without pushing any sales or anything like that. In fact, his honesty helped me to determine that we wouldn't need ServPro at this point in our project, and he was helpful with pointing me in the right direction. I have not had ServPro do work for me, but I can recommend them strictly based on their willingness to put the customer first.

George and Juan worked hard from the moment they got on the site and I was pleased with their work. Their attitude, their work ethic, they worked all the way through. Till the end of the project highly recommend, if I need any work done I will call them immediately. I would suggest if you have any work that's needed that you call them. I called SERVPRO in Plant City hours before they opened and left a voicemail. Brandon called me back right away and showed up shortly thereafter. Brandon was easy to work with, professional, answered all of my questions. After explaining the plan of action and my agreement to the scope of work, a crew was already on their way with equipment. Everyone was professional and courteous. They came out daily to check the progress and kept my anxiety at bay. The job was completed sooner than anticipated and everything turned out great.
