Jamad and Derek from Servpro Thomasville were truly a blessing today. They showed up right on time, were super respectful of our home, and did a wonderful cleaning of our vents and ducts. They informed me of what they were doing, answered all my questions without rushing, and you could tell they genuinely cared about getting the job done right. They even did multiple walkthroughs just to make sure nothing was missed, which I really appreciated.
