I want to thank Serve Pro for an outstanding service. My condo had a flood in October while I was away. My daughter walked into the mess. We immediately called Serve Pro and within 10 min they were on scene taking control of everything. Jose really helped my daughter with all the phone calls and keeping me updated until I could fly back. Jose truly cares about his work and the people he is dealing with. We were taken such good care of from start to finish. I would also like to give a huge shout out to Natasha who kept me updated and walked me through every process. Also Alaina in payroll worked closely with me to help with the payment. I truly hope i do not need Serve Pro again but if I do they will get my call.
