It was a great pleasure to meet people that care so much. Empathy, tolerance, patience, and compassion are virtues not many people, in business, have today. These are just a few words which describes the whole TEAM which took to do the wonderful work, in a short period of time (from a terrifying telephone call to ServPro) to completion. John, you were so gracious, Thomas was fabulous compassionate with lots of empathy, Chelsey was superb and immediately took care of paperwork. Everyone on the Team deserves a “Well Done”! I was so sick through all of it and was so THANKFUL the way you answer my plea of HELP!

Stephanie has been phenomenal. She has been present every step of the way, she has been on the job site early every day and has handled all the subs and work with grace and even IF she had any issues, I would never have known.

Never met such an unprofessional team. Dealt with countless issues and requested to speak with the General Manager, John, who was rude and seemed unaware of what his team was handling. Further asked to speak with the owner, Jeremey, who seemed helpful at first. We talked through the issues, and he promised to deal with everything personally. After what I thought was a productive conversation, he asked to take me out to dinner. Mind you, this man is the OWNER and is married. Will not be using their services again and warn others considering them.
