Chester and Silvio did an amazing job. They got here in less time than we originally thought and did a completely thorough job. Will absolutely use Servpro again in the future as I have before.

Sylvio was truly outstanding — he arrived incredibly fast, was extremely attentive, and handled everything with impressive efficiency and professionalism. His calm approach and clear expertise made a stressful situation much easier to manage. We are genuinely grateful for his dedication and the excellent service provided. I cannot recommend Chester and Victor from SERVPRO enough for the outstanding work they did at my home following a severe water leakage. First of all, I would like to say that I am not a paid spokes person so my comment will be transparent and truthful I had a bad experience with an another company. I won’t mention their name, but they claim to be steamers. I’ll let you figure that one out. I decided to try SERVPRO unfortunately I was never able to get to a agreement or a contract to hire them However, I feel that with a little more negotiation, I believe I would’ve been able to come to an agreement for both parties and we would’ve been able to conduct business What I do wanna say is I give them a five star rating because when they mean, they are open 24/7 and available for emergencies they are not kidding. They are open 24/7 there is truth in that advertisement. I placed a phone call at 2:30 in the morning and I was not expecting a reply Till the next day however, 15 minutes later I received a phone call from Mr. Mike Oakley mr. Mike Oakley was very pleasant even at 2:30 in the morning major points for that and this is the reason I give them a five star rating even though I wasn’t able to close a deal with them again that doesn’t mean it’s not possible and I might be able to work with them in the future when it comes to returning phone calls in a timely manner when it comes to professional common courtesy SERVPRO of Winter Haven and Mr. MIKE Oakley deserve five star ratings again. I was unable to have them do any work for me but I did promise I would put a great review. promise me promise kept thank you very much Mr. Oakley. I would’ve wished to have hired your company to take care of my problem. Maybe if we would’ve discussed a little bit more we could’ve made a deal. BUT FOR ANYONE WHO READS THIS, I DO RECOMMEND CALLING SERVPRO FIRST VERSUS THE OTHER COMPANY. TAKE CARE AND GOD BLESS.
