They are very professional, courteous, efficient and down to earth, very easy to work with. Back to August 2024, I chose three roofing companies to get a quote for reroofing due to a storm damage. The only one that gave me a quote was from Shield from Jon. I found Jon is extremely easy to work with by text (his preference), email or call. The price is reasonable and most importantly, the whole process is seamless. In the end, I was handed a certificate of completion after the county inspection. I am very happy with the Shield Roofing and Exteriors. Highly recommended!

We went with shield after talking to 5 different contractors, our roof was 17 years old and was in pretty bad shape. They were very informative, took the time to explain all the processes and offered a fair price for our roof replacement. They showed up on time and had the whole project wrapped up in one day. They did a phenomenal job and cleaning up the yard and were very professional throughout the whole project. Our roof looks great and we’re very satisfied. I definitely recommend them.

What every contractor should be. Shield Roofing and Exteriors replaced our 17 years old roof the same day as scheduled, including complete clean up and their prices were very reasonable. DJ and his crew were polite and friendly and took care of everything needed. I highly recommend their services.

I called three different roofing companies to get a quote due to getting approved for the My Fl Safe Home grant. I called the three companies and all of them said I would get a quote by the next business day. The only one that came through was from Shield and got a call from Jon. I eventually got the other quotes within a couple days. And both other companies assured me that I would get fully reimbursed for all the work that they did from the Grant guidelines. However, Jon from shield advised me there was a very good chance that I would not due to the verbiage for the grant and I could possibly get a portion of it for impact skylights .I felt like the other companies would’ve left me hanging just to get the business but Shield was upfront and honest with me and that goes a long way. The whole process was seamless as Jon kept me in the loop and was easy to contact and called me back right away if I had any questions. The day of the installation I met with DJ and he was extremely professional / courteous and also advise me all the steps of everything they would be doing over the next couple days. When I got home after work, I noticed the vents in the bathroom were not the ones that I expected and called DJ that night he took my call and advised me that they would take care of it.The next morning, they were there to install the vents that I was expecting because I would be adding two bathroom exhaust fans since they were none installed previously. It was awesome to know that I could call them and they would make it right with no issues.They just made it right which is very unheard of these days. I am one that normally does not write reviews, but I felt obligated to write a review for this company so anyone who is looking to get a new roof for their home will know just how great this company was to work with! Shield Roofing and Exteriors is the way to go! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Wonderful communication, showed up on time to do the work and left our place spotless. You would have never known they were there. DJ and his crew did a top notch job. If we ever need another new roof we will definitely call Shield Roofing. Thanks guys!
