Siesta Roofing

Siesta gave us a brand new metal roof in just over a week. They were extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and installed a beautiful and quality product. We love it and would recommend to everyone.

had first known Alma when she had her own roofing company and she did an amazing job on our loft's flat roof. When our insurance company requested we get a new primary roof, it was fitting to call her. Alma's roofing business is now tied in to Siesta Roofing. We also had two other competitors come out to our house, one heavily advertised on television, yet they never even showed up when they had a roofing estimate appointment with us. The second competitor was approximately $7000 higher for the same manufacturer and materials estimate, and the third competitor was also higher for the same exact roof and pretty much the same exact shingles. Siesta's sales rep Nazar came several times to make certain we would be happy with the color. We changed our minds at his suggestion and are so glad we had his professional input. Siesta's roofers were timely, plentiful, and very respectful of our property. They ensured no stray roofing nails were left behind that could get into our tires or neighbors' property lines. The final roofing product is stunning. Their workmanship highly professional. They completed the entire job of a 2700+ square foot shingle roof in one day. We decided to add new gutters and they were able to complete that project as well. Best news of all is our homeowners insurance was renewed and a new lower policy instated due to 4 point inspection that passed with highest ratings (including 'special nails' and clamps) We highly recommend Siesta Roofing!

After watching just about every other roofer repair numerous roofs in my neighborhood, and having a birds eye view of Siesta Roofing begin and complete my neighbors roof in literally one tenth the time of the other contractors, it was a no brainer in choosing them. They did the demolition in one day, quiet as possible and clean. Their prices were better than the majority of the others, and their personal attention to detail and customer service was second to none. Five stars aren’t near enough to rate them and my roof is now perfect. Choosing Siesta Roofing in my opinion would be your only choice for all the right reasons. Thanks

As with hiring any contractor you're never 100% sure how it's gonna go no matter how much research you do before choosing one. With that said Siesta Roofing was excellent. They worked with us on what we needed, addressed our concerns and followed through with everything on the contract. With projects like this, their is always unforseen issues that may come up and in our case we had several. Siesta Roofing alerted us, made sure we we all on the same page for those issues and went far above the scope of work to take care of those issues. The crew showed up in the morning, prepared all areas around our house and cleaned the entire area at the end of the day including using a magnet, brooms, boots on the ground walk through for nails around the house, driveway, back yard and all other areas EACH DAY! Not just at the end of the job. Myself, neighbors and lawn crew haven't had 1 issue with a nail in the tire. They told us it may take a week to complete our house, they were done in 4 days . We worked with Edward and Leo at start of working out the contract to the end of the job and never had an issue getting ahold of them and were onsite each day making sure all was good. Literally hands on, start to finish. These days it seems everything is battle. Siesta Roofing knocked it out of the park.

Siesta Roofing did a great job installing my new roof. All the employees were respectful and professional. Great communication between the foreman and, Miguel Chavez, who was on the job site every day and the last one to leave. He clean up was done every day.
