Slay's Restoration Jacksonville, FL

This company was amazing! Nick, Seth and Johnny came out to my home after my a/c flooded. Everything was beyond excellent: they were called to help me in the later morning and were at my home within a few hours!! I was called and told an ETA time, the team arrived when they said they would. Everything was explained to me, and they promptly got to work. To say they were efficient is an understatement. The water was cleaned up in 3-4 hours and then they started the drying process. The entire process took from Wednesday afternoon to Friday early afternoon. This included not just the water removal and drying but ripping up my floor, taking down baseboards, securing the area making it safe from trip hazards AND putting up with my small dog following them around the house. They even took the pictures and did all the documentation I needed for my insurance company. The supervisor came out when the job was completed to make sure everything was taken care of. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience from the beginning to the end. I hate that I needed them but I sure am glad this is the company I used. Hopefully I won’t need a restoration company again, but if I do, this is the only company I will call. THANK YOU Slay’s restoration! Especially Seth, Johnny and Nick.

I do not normally post reviews online but am moved to lend my support to Slay’s Restoration. Nick was knowledgeable and responsive. Additionally he happily told me that I, in-fact, did NOT have a problem with moisture infringement which is terrific. They have proven to be trustworthy. I highly recommend Slay’s for any suspected moisture/water damage issues.

Roommate with ADHD was filling the bathtub in preparation for a hurricane, completely forgot about it and flooded half the house. Slays showed up and dried out the carpets while monitoring moister levels and checking for mold. Were very prompt and informative if you asked for details.

We had a major water leak which resulted in dangerous mold in our house. This company came our and quickly cleaned the mold, repair affected areas, dried out our house and beautifully repaired our bathroom and kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the result.

Slay was very quick to respond at a fair price. They communicated at every step of the restoration process. I highly recommend!
