Solace Roofing

Had a few leaky spots on our tile roof. Asked Zak Rockwell for a Solace quote. He arrived early. Got up on the roof took pictures to show me what his guys would repair. The estimate made sense to me since he explained everything. I will never get up on my roof so it was important for him to describe what was wrong and what they would do. The repair guys arrived two delays early. Finished in one day. Cleaned up my walkway from the dirt and debris. Used good materials to perform the repairs. Very happy. David, Zak, Billy and the admin person (Ixchel? Forgot her name) were all easy to work with. I never had to chase them. We will use Solace again!

Her patience and guidance were greatly appreciated. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be for the crew or their leader to communicate more clearly upon arriving at and departing from the job site. Despite this minor observation, the quality of artistry from Solace Roofing was truly commendable, and David was attentive during his visits to the site. Solace has been very complete on their work. From beginning to end they have been thorough and the finished product is excellent. No problems.Also, I was approached by any roofing companies, but I'm VERY pleased with their work, the product looks great and there followup after completing the job is very professional. Our roof was completed in two days. It has been a couple months and everything is absolutely great. They were neat and kept everything clean while they worked. Everyone from the salesman to the office staff, and the owner were kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend Solace roofing.

Roofing is a service-oriented business and the first chance to impress your customers comes from the sales staff, and I was impressed with MATT. His knowledge of the roofing industry is obvious. I had called four companies for quotes and only Matt took the time to explain what was to be done and went over our options. He was the only representative to give detail into the material and brands to be used, from the ridge vents, underlayment, and finally the singles themselves. Matt’s experience in the roofing industry has served him well. Solace Roofing has a representative they can be proud of. The second chance to impress comes from the staff, and I can’t say enough good things about our office contact IXCHEL. She was professional and courteous. I had some questions and concerns about making payments, and she took her time to explain everything, even immediately emailing paperwork I requested to clarify some issues. Our production manager AMY kept us informed daily on what was to be done that day. She was always available to answer any and all of my questions, and did so without hesitation. She is a very upbeat and happy person, and again someone who knows the roofing business. But, in the end a roofing company is only as good as the crew that does the install, and the entire crew, our Job Foreman, ABEL, and every crew-member was superb. They were quick, efficient, courteous, and the care they took with my property was obvious. The entire team deserves recognition for a job well done. There was one area of the roof that was difficult to access and my wife had concern about losing some cherished trees, but they worked around it like the pros they are. When the work was done for the day, the crew took the time to go and clean up around the house two or three times to make sure they picked up any stray nails and any other debris lying around. They left the grounds in as good, or better condition than they found it. Also, when the company owner makes it a point to stop by every day and go over the work being done, address any concerns, and treat his workers with care and respect, I know I made the right choice.
