A great family owned and operated roofing supply house. I purchased 120 bundles of the Old English Pewter economical architectural shingles, 3 boxes collated coil nails, 3 starter strip bundles , 7 hip n ridge cap bundles, and 6 vent boots of various sizes. They offer delivery but I chose to pick up the bundle’s in increments of 25 in 4 trips and 1 30 bundle trip. Sandra was on point every time I arrived to pick up another load keeping me informed when it was time to load me up, with very little wait time. The forklift operator is courteous and helped me load up every visit he truly is an asset Caesar was helpful with the NOS#’s for permitting, and product information.

If I can give them a zero I would. Definitely will not recommend !!! I drove 1hr to pick up some shingles that we have previously talked about. Once I got there they weren’t able to load up three pallets. This place is a joke and very unprofessional. Hopefully boss man can tighten up the place.

I called to confirm my order in my hands that was different than my contract. They conveniently stated couldn’t find my order which they had an invoice for asis economy seconds not warranty material and my contract was for 30yr material warranty and top line products. The guy hung up on me when he heard me speaking with someone stating this was incorrect. Buyer beware now days u cannot trust anyone.
