Excellent customer service from scheduling an appointment to having the roof completed. All members are very polite and professional. Completed the job in a timely manner. When the crew members left, my yard was completely clean and in order. All staff members are knowledgeable and take the time to address all questions and concerns. Great job!!!

Very helpful. They explained the process to me and did a great job! The house looks great. They were the only company who actually got up on the roof to inspect it prior to giving me an estimate. I have lots of plants around the house and they were very careful not to hurt them. Great folks to work with!

Great experience with these guys! They worked with my insurance claim and took an immense amount of stress off of me as well. They were always available, worked quickly and kept me up to date with the entire process. Pricing was beyond fair and the roof looks amazing. Such an amazing team! Not such great pictures but I was so excited to have this new roof!

Southeastern Roofing did a fine job on the replacement roof. Ryan & Ian made the effort to be straightforward and covered all the details about the job. They kept me informed and up-to-date about the materials, they were competitive in the pricing, and performed the job as they said they would. They cleaned up the mess as they went along, and removed the dumpster when the job was finished. The roof looks great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for roofing work. They do great work and try to please the customer.

This was an amazing company to work with! Ryan helped us out tremendously! He went over all the options, pricing, and all the details we needed to know about which roof/shingles were the best for us. He took a lot of time looking at the roof and just talking with us, we never felt rushed to make a decision. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Ian was super awesome to work with, such a nice guy! He answered tons of questions for us too and was on the job site when the roof was being torn down. He followed up with us and made sure we were happy with the new roof. (We were beyond happy! ) The guys did a great job and we couldn't be happier with the end result. This was some of the BEST customer service we have seen in a long time!! (We had issues with roofers in the past not showing up or just not doing what they said they would.) Highly recommend this company, we are so happy we went with them.
