Zach was able to dry out our Condo to prevent more damage! He send us photos with moisture levels so we could understand more about what was going on. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant. He even got the water damage out of our lampshades!

I am so grateful for Southern Restoration!!!! They were quick in helping stop the active water leak and begin drawing out the water from causing further damage. Unfortunately, my condo was hit with enough water I was forced to file a claim, but he helped from it getting any worse ultimately saving units below mine.
