Our condominium building roof replacement project in the summer of 2024 progressed very smoothly per our plans for completion date and exceeded expectations during the installation. The crew was professional and very responsive to requests or accommodations. Old roof materials were removed expeditiously and new materials were delivered and installed without delays. The finished roof project encountered no leaks or issues when the summer storms and hurricanes began soon after completion.
