We had our roof replaced by SRQ building services. The team worked quickly and diligently and cleaned up after themselves. Our new roof looks great! Ray communicated every step of the way. Price was great too!

I was very impressed with the speed and completion of a new roof. The roofers worked long hours and cleaned up everything when the job was finished. Did I mention that the roof looks beautiful? I would definitely recommend SRQ Building Services for a new roof installation or repair.

I hired this company to renovate my home, they have been here one week so far and the improvement is impressive, I am so exited to see the finished product and will rate them again but so far, this company is easy to work with, flexible and efficient, they are hard working, professional and very knowledgeable. My neighbors Mike and Diane recommended SRQ Building Services after they had their new roof installed, and I'm so glad they did. On April 10, 2023 I contacted them about repairing a section of the roof that was impacted by hurricane Ian, and replacing the rest of the metal roof. I was quoted a very reasonable price to do the job. After pulling permits they started the work on April 25, by the 26th the roof had been water tight and by the 28th the metal roof had been installed and it looked great. Not being able to live in the residence because of the damage, All the Interaction with SRQ representative Ray was over Text and Email. Ray is awesome, he text me pictures throughout the build so I would have them for insurance purpose. SRQ builders professionalism is unmatched and Ray was a blessing to work with. I will be recommending them to anyone that's looking for a professional builder.
