Stellar really has a great team. Long story short is that I gave them about 10 opportunities to take me to the bank with what I “thought” the issues were with my AC system. Nope. They’re a VERY honest company and steered me in a completely different direction. We are grateful. SIDE NOTE: I’d recommend asking for their HVAC guy “Justin” for any service.

Carlos was amazing! He was very friendly and very knowledgeable, he just seemed like he was happy to work. Carlos was very professional, clean, always maintained a smile when he was working, was very friendly with my dogs. Definitely recommend stellar for all your heating and cooling needs. Carlos was fantastic! Super friendly and really easy to work with. He took the time to map out all our units, which makes it so much easier to see what needs fixing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and you can tell he really cares about his work. Highly recommend him!

Carlos was a great service tech he help me understand what was needed to get my unit up and running and also showed multiple options to help keep my unit running. went above and beyond the call of service he didn't just fix my unit he showed me the ins and outs of my system. Will definitely be calling when my AC is giving me trouble
