Steve is simply amazing! He'd completed an inspection on my sister's home when she moved to Ocala about a year ago. She was so impressed with his work that she referred me to him as I am also moving to Ocala. I called him and he is exceptionally polite and professional. The inspection was completed the next afternoon, and I couldn't be more impressed! The reports are very detailed with quality photographs leaving you with absolutely no questions! Amazing!!! Steve gave me peace of mind being that I was out of state. He clarified all my questions the result of the inspection was approximately 96% cosmetic and the rest was minor repairable scenarios. very detailed report and the whole transaction super easy and efficient.definetly I recommend him and I will call him back for the 11 Month inspection. The inspection took about 3 hours and I stayed there for the entire time. Steve was so thorough and explained everything to me. I feel much more comfortable buying my first home after having Steve out to inspect. I highly recommend Steve and would give him 10 stars if I could.
