First and foremost, this is only the 4th Google Review I have given in my life. With that in mind, I will continue. The Stonelight Roofing team does so much more than roofing that I think the name is a little deceptive to people looking for non-roofing services. I am the President of our condo association and we had a competitive bid for stucco and some restoration. Jason and Stonelight had a nicely detailed proposal, a very competitive bid, impressive referrals and referral properties (in progress and completed) that our board could actually drive by to get a visual. Needless to say, Stonelight was awarded the bid by our board. Their work, restoration, stucco and attention to detail really gave a facelift to our 50 + year old building--as much as we could afford, anyway! They started with a certain scope of work and the project was going so well, the BOD expanded the budget to enhance our property even more with Stonelight's services. It paid off. Both board members and association members doubting the additional expense, were impressed, happy after completion and satisfied that we reallocated resources. Our building is still under renovations and painting will not be completed for another month or two. Those contracts were bid on before we became aware of Stonelight, unfortunately. Having said that, if you are on the BOD of a condo association and are looking for a reliable vendor, with excellent referrals and very fair pricing, I would certainly give Jason and Stonelight a call. They are a one-stop-shop and with the increasing pressure board of directors are facing, both financially and to comply with current Florida law, my guess is you will not be disappointed.
