Incredible service from start to finish. Britni was our main contact in the office and she answered all our questions (we had a lot) and was great to work with keeping us posted throughout the project. We had a whole roof replacement from tile to metal and the crew that came out was top notch. They were all very respectful of the property by ensuring the work area was cleaned thoroughly everyday before leaving. This was clearly not their first metal roof installation as they were quick and did great work. Highly recommend them, to the entire Storm Roofing team - thank you!

From the very start with getting a quote Britini was so responsive and helpful. Answered all my questions without hesitation and made sure I was able to meet my deadline. Carrie was also a pleasure to work with regarding the invoicing and paperwork I needed. The work was quick, very professional and great quality. So I had Storm Roofing replace my 17-year-old roof in May of 2023. And part of the new roof failed and flooded out my master bedroom. To add insult to injury. The insurance company was called they inspected the work that storm did and declared it defective and poorly done and the adjuster actually asked if we had a friend do it? We said why he said because the installation is subpar and of very poor quality, therefore denying my claim . And stated my home needs to be reroofed. I now have hired an attorney and will have to file suit as I need my roof replaced again and master bedroom repaired . Only seven months later after my roof was replaced by this company. I have included some photos of the defective work this company did. As well as a copy of the letter stating improper installation by the insurance company. Storm roofing has responded to this review stating the shingles are defective that’s why they are buckling. The shingles are buckling due to poor installation see letter in pictures per the professional inspection hired By my insurance company. The flood that took out my master bedroom? That’s poor workmanship also in the letter. The missing granules on the shingles that’s defective shingles or not???.
