The physical team performing the roof replacement, constant care replacement, cleaning up constantly replacing rotted wood panels etc. Smooth transition from beginning to end product. I had an outstanding experience with Stratus Roofing Company! They recently replaced 33 roofs in a community I manage in a remarkably timely manner, and the quality of their work is top-notch. Every member of the staff demonstrated excellent customer service, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. It was a pleasure working directly with Anthony L., and Jozue who was always attentive and professional. I also appreciated the direct communication with the leaders of the company — they truly make sure everything is done right. Everyone at Stratus is not only professional but also personable, which made this a great experience. Highly recommend for various projects!

Experience was pretty good at first.. However, I had some roof issues shortly after and told Ryan, but he didn’t answer. Followed up with the office so Jozue came back. They didn’t bring the needed equipment, even though I told them beforehand, so they didn’t finish. I followed up, but they never returned or responded. At the time, things seemed ok so I just monitored for the time being. Another thing to note is that they also subcontract work and most of their roofers only speak Spanish. Later on… more issues arose where I contacted the office to address it. The experience was that their staff would usually not finish and have to come back, etc. It was disappointing that it always feels like I had to stay hyper vigilant, overly communicate, and follow up more than I should.

I will start by saying I have never worked with this company however I had to leave my lane completely as one of their drivers completely cut me off and forced me out of my lane for no reason. After driver passed me he continued to cut off other people. I called Stratus to inform them of such and heard I was going to be reached out to ASAP so that I can send them the video but no one reached out.
