Rats everywhere and some rude staff. GM awesome. Room attendant great. Most of front desk great. One bad apple spoils the bushel. And when we told them about the rats they didn't offer us a comp room a different room no solution just well we're working on it nor a refund and I had three rooms there

The setting is nice. Huge trees. Rolling hills. The rooms need gutting. The worst motel and bed I've ever slept in. Pillows hard as rock and they give you five of them. Just buy three good pillows for the same money. Filthy hallways and stairs. It's sketchy and scuzzy. I gave in to the price and the alleged 3.5 star rating.

The room was really dirty. I saw multiple roaches, both dead and alive. The door looked like it was kicked it and had gaps that allow sunlight in (and probably more roaches). Everything I touched felt dirty. No trashcan in the room whatsoever. I did not feel safe at all. If you can afford to stay somewhere else you should.

I've got pretty low standards for hotels. That being said, this is the nastiest hotel with the least welcoming service. Don't waste your money here. There are roaches in the tub, mold in the fridge, and stains on the sheets. Do not stay here.

The front desk staff are nice. Pool is clean. The rooms stink, and hot water works when it wants to. I don't smoke and was put in a smoking room the room smelled bad bath room door falling apart tub drain over flow was broken just sitting on the tub. Then they moved me to a second room it was better but hot water still works when it wants to. When I got back to the room after a 11 hour day working A/C flooded the floor. Would not stay here again if they payed to. It is so run down and dirty outside cigarette buts and people smoking weed.
