The experience was seamless, from Will Redmond's first estimate visit to his final visit to ensure that everything was cleaned up...and everything in between. The office staff kept us apprised of our start date. Pedro and his crew were on time, kept the job site clean and safe, and even finished ahead of schedule! We highly recommend Sun Coast Roofing. Ask for Will, he's a straight shooter!

They came out and did a great job. Fixed issues that came up quickly. Great affordable price, sticking to the estimate. Our sales rep Will was awesome, friendly, and patient. In 20 years, 10/10 would do again!! 👍

I received estimates from 4 local roofers, with Sun Coast being the largest. I was expecting a sleazy sales guy and inflated prices due to their size, and especially when using a State Grant for Hurricane Prep. Nothing could be further from the truth. My Estimator, William R, was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, professional, and attentive. I received almost immediate responses to questions via email and text, something truly unexpected but extremely welcomed and appreciated (trust me, I had a ton of questions). I received product documentation from the manufacturer even before we signed the contract. Fantastic. Sun Coast did a great job with only very minor hiccups with scheduling (not deal breakers and we had hurricanes come through which disrupted the schedule, of course). My roof looks great and was significantly cheaper than competitors, with their products and materials offering better warranties and quality. They are now my go-to roofing and solar company. Highly recommended.

I can not say enough good things about Sun Coast Roofing. I worked with Will and Michelle during the process. From the early communications from Michelle keeping me in the loop on permitting and scheduling; to Will following through and keeping on top of things to the final new roof. They were fantastic. Being in the insurance industry i have seen my share of roofers and Sun coast did a great job for us. I highly recommend them.

I hired Sun Coast Roofing in New Smyrna Beach, Florida to repair my roof in February 2025. I was told the roof coating would last more than 5 years, and the work came with a 5-year warranty. I paid close to $7,000 for this job, expecting peace of mind. Less than one year later, my roof is already leaking, and I now have damage inside my home. This is completely unacceptable for work that was supposed to last years and still be under warranty. I contacted Sun Coast Roofing to resolve the issue. A man did come out to inspect the roof and confirmed that the roof was still damaged and said they would “do something about it.” That was over two months ago, and since then, I have heard nothing. I have called multiple times and tried reaching an employee named Natasha, but she is always “in a meeting” or unavailable. At this point, no one is returning my calls, and I feel completely ignored. This is not fair or professional, especially when the work is clearly under warranty. I trusted this company and paid a large amount of money, and now I am left with a leaking roof and interior damage. If this issue is not resolved soon, my next step will be to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this company based on my experience
