Filing a claim with lender placed insurance is a an absolute nightmare, or at least it was with mine. A friend referred me to Robb Marsch at Sunflo after the last hurricane sealed my roof's fate, and I can say without a doubt that if it wasn't for Robb's "Above & Beyond" service and all of his help throughout the process, I would probably still be trying to get my roof replaced. I had the pleasure of working with Sunflo and Robb Marsch on a flat TPO replacement roof for our home. From start to finish -quote to final approval, Robb and team did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were perfectly on time with every aspect of the project, they took photos of their work during all phases of construction so that I could see their progress. When they found damage/sloppy workmanship left from another contractor, they proactively tore up and replaced the problem areas. They cleaned up the worksite completely each day before leaving the job site and were pleasant and professional in every way. After having a less than stellar experience with a different roofing contractor, Sunflo, was a refreshingly great experience. I could not have asked for better quality workmanship or customer service. I would recommend Robb and Sunflo completely and without hesitation.
