Hiring Sunshine Roofing was the BEST decision for our new roof! Jimmy took the time to explain everything to us, which made the whole process stress-free. He brought shingle sample (not just pictures like the other companies) so you can see what you’re buying! He met with us a few times during our decision process, always in person, to answer all our questions. After filling our insurance claim, Jimmy made sure He was available to communicate and show the damage to our insurance adjuster. Jimmy & Brad were at our home for the entire project, overseeing the installation and available to answer any questions we had. Their workers were efficient, fast and our yard was kept extremely clean! No nails or old roof debris left behind! The work looks great and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Pricing was fair and the whole process was stress-free. I reached out to Brad with concerns about a roof leak, and to my surprise, he had a repair technician at our home the very next morning—despite an approaching hurricane. While other companies were quoting me wait times of a week or more, their responsiveness was unmatched. Jimmy, account services tech & roofer who came out, was polite, respectful, punctual, and highly efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair during the same appointment. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase unnecessary services—unlike previous roofers who pushed for a full roof replacement (on our 2020 roof!) for a single leak.
