DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We placed a tile order March 3rd, 2024 paid them a five figure deposit and the tile never arrived. They gave us excuses for months blaming a flood in Brazil. January 2025 we cancelled the order and requested a refund. To date, they have ignored multiple requests as well as a demand letter from my attorney. I am prepared to escalate this further with legal action and regulatory complaints if the refund is not issued immediately. I would much rather resolve this directly and update this review once my refund is processed.

My name is Kevin, I'm here to leave you a bad review of my experience with this company The truth is that they have a bad service, a terrible organisation, they practically robbed me I bought a very large order of tiles for my ceiling but it never arrived and I also asked for a refund of my money but no one responds What they say is you can call every day to remind me I would have to call for the rest of my life to get my money back If I were a police officer or a judge, I would have them pay me and close this business for being corrupt For my part, I will take care of telling everyone not to buy here because whatever they are going to do is steal their money

If you have this company install your roof get a release of lien because they don't pay their supply bill. You will end up paying for your roof twice

They have defrauded my business out of 1700.00 dollars sent a check with insufficient funds. Now they refuse to answer the phone or respond to emails.

What a mistake going with these tiles from this company. I thought I was getting something else and in the end they look cheap.
