The Best Restoration

Once again the team that Jorge sent for a deep clean of my terrazzo floor was the best! Brian and Todd did some trouble shooting that ensures the floors came out great after some initial bumps and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It’s like the entire house had a makeover with the floors being whiter and brighter than ever. Being 60 years old, the terrazzo isn’t perfect, but they made it amazing!

We are very happy with Best Restoration! This is the 3rd time we’ve used them and it will not be the last! Carlos arrived 10 minutes early from the 2 hour window we were given so that was a wonderful start! He inspected all 6 rooms to be cleaned with me and then got to work vacuuming everywhere prior to bringing in the long hose to clean our rugs. He did a very professional job and our rugs look amazing!! It did take longer to dry than he anticipated but that probably has more to do with the humidity in the air. Highly recommend!

Best Restoration responded quickly to remediate an Ocala listing. There was water intrusion into drywall and baseboards in a garage. They assessed, gave a reasonable estimate, and got to work! The drying process was closely monitored, they verified there was no moisture remaining in the drywall, replaced and painted baseboards- completely professionally remediated !

I contacted Best restoration to get our carpet cleaned. They sent Carlos to do the cleaning. Carlos was on time, and very professional. He suggested cleaning the carpet with a rotary cleaning machine because of the stains and carpet pile was very dirty in some areas. He prevacuumed, sprayed a chemical cleaner, then cleaned the rooms as specified. Carlos did an excellent job, and the carpet never looked so good. A big thank you to Best Restoration and Carlos for a job well done. AAAAA+++++

WOW! I've used this company for apartment communities I've overseen, which usually because of the larger volume you get a higher quality service and more competitive pricing. I had an issue arise at my home and Jorge & Team responded promptly on a weekend; they came out, inspected, sent a very detailed scope with competitive pricing, then returned the next morning (after our approval of the bid) to do the work. They were so detailed and covered the entire area in plastic, did the work, and you can't even tell anyone was there! So, so thankful for them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has a need. I received constant communication via text from our assigned tech, Tristan, and he was so professional, courteous, and very detailed. The detail is always appreciated!! Then we received photos and a detailed written report. Truly an impressive organization!!
