From beginning to end my experience with Nick with The Tampa Roofer has been nothing short of exceptional. I have had my roof replaced before in a previous home by a major Roofer in Tampa. They saw me as just another job. They didn’t make sure things were OK with the HOA which caused me legal problems. And they tried to get out of responsibility for things that were their job. Fast-forward 9 years to The Tampa Roofer. I was very skeptical about getting my roof replaced, but it was forced to by my insurance company. I was skeptical because of my previous experience. I got multiple estimates. And Nick’s was the best for the most product. He has the best warranty, he has the highest level of product, for the best price. Again, I had compared equitable roofers before I made this decision. The day that I got the letter from my insurance company was a Thursday. I communicated with Nick on Friday and by Monday his crew was at my house to replace my roof. They were here at 6 AM and got started right away. The guys were very conscientious about my house to make sure nothing was damaged. They were constantly checking the ground for nails and screws because I have children. There was communication with Nick throughout the entire process and after. Nick and Matt have gone above and beyond to give me a comfort level with this process that previous experience made me shy away from. I would recommend The Tampa Roofer without hesitation to anyone. I’ve already referred him to one of my friends across the pond from me and I believe that they’ll be getting their roof replaced soon. I submitted a quote request online and within a few minutes Nick the owner contacted me back. He scheduled time to come and inspect the roof, then scheduled the repairs within a couple of days! I recently had to have my roof completely torn off and redone, After multiple estimates and aggravation I met with Nick Grahm and Matt Mullen They made the whole process from the initial meeting of what my best options were to choosing materials , financing and scheduling. After completely tearing off the roof , New decking ,any necessary repairs, underlayment and shingles I could not be happier. The crew was amazing from installation to the final cleanup.
