I had a great experience working with Thomas Roofing from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and easy, with clear communication at every step. Pricing was fair and transparent, and the final results exceeded my expectations. One of my main goals was to have gutters installed all the way around the house to help prevent erosion, and they were able to accommodate that without any issues. We also added a solar vent fan, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. The crew did an excellent job with cleanup and paid close attention to detail throughout the project. Overall, the quality of work and professionalism were outstanding. I will definitely use Thomas Roofing again for any future roofing

After many estimates and stressful meetings with salesmen, I had the pleasure of meeting Michael. He walked me through the process step by step. I had never had to have a roof replacement before and really had no idea other than the little bit of research that I found online. I felt comfortable with the estimate and the explanation of the process. The roof was started before the 4 week time line they gave me. Once the process began, it was a bit stressful with the materials being delivered and the overall noise, but that was of no-fault to the company as a whole. The proceess went smoothly, although a little delayed due to rain. I give them 5 stars because I feel they were honest and reliable. The only con I have is that the roofers themselves were quite messy, and didn't seem to take any care with my plants. Also, they broke a light and didn't even mention it. Although, the contract does mention that they are not responsible for broken plants, etc. I might add that AJ was amazing as well. He was so personable and kind. He came back quickly to retrieve the extra materials that were left behind. Overall, this was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Thomas roofing for your roofing needs.

I have dealt with several roofing companies in the past and it always seems like typical "salesman approach". I felt comfortable with Thomas Roofing from the beginning based off of Preston's approach. He came out for the inspection and was up front and honest with what needed to be done. He was not fake or "gimmicky" like some of the others I have dealt with in the past. Bottom line I would recommend both Preston and Thomas Roofing to anyone looking for a reputable company and a great experience!
