I could not be more pleased with my new roof from Tiger Roofing. The entire process went smoothly and was completed on time as planned. I never had to call to follow-up nor wonder what was happening next or when. Their work ethic was amazing; showing up when they said they would, and working long hours. It was so noticeable that I received comments from my neighbors. I appreciated that they worked with me in finding a suitable roofing material on which my solar system could be reinstalled. My objective was to never have to deal with the roof again and I believe I have that in the state of the art Brava composite tile roof they installed.

Gerry took care of our roofing project like the pro he is. There wasn’t a question that he could not answer for us regarding our project. The job was done very quickly so kudos to the installation team. The roof looks amazing and I’m thankful we went with Gerry and Tiger Roofing. Gerry provided excellent communication at every step from Beginning to end and the roof looks amazing! Thanks again and I’ll refer Gerry and Tiger Roofing to anyone I know. 100% customer satisfied.

Thank you, Alejandro and his team, for a great job! They came out in the Florida-sun, repaired a few rotted boards from the outside-in and patched it new!! Great working with the office Manager, Daphne, to get everything set-up and settled!

The team was excellent. Kept us informed all through the process. Yes, tiles take a long time to arrive, but that is regardless of roofing company. Price was excellent and once the tiles arrived the work began nearly immediately. Permit approval to county final inspection was less than 2 weeks. They cleaned up every evening and the crew was very respectful and pleasant.

We have repeatedly and politely asked Tiger Roofing to stop placing their yard signs on our private property, yet they continue to do so. This repeated disregard shows a clear lack of respect for property rights and for the community the operate in. Our direct experience with Tiger Roofing has shown that they are unwilling to honor basic requests, which reflects poorly on their integrity and customer service standards. We cannot recommend them to anyone seeking a company that values professionalism, accountability, and respect.
