I'm going to submit a review on how great these people are here at this company. Most helpful, friendliest people I've met in a long time if not ever! I delivered a new truck to them and needed to get home to Virginia.. after multiple rentals were canceled or sold out, bus being stuck in Atlanta I found myself stuck in Ocala.. they went above and beyond to help me get home and ultimately flew me into Orlando to get another rental. If it weren't for them I would not be going home right now... I'm forever grateful and will be at their service for anything they need help with.. I will see you guys soon!!

I am a Florida State Certified GC and I have used many different licensed roofers over the past thirteen years. Dunnrite Roofing, in particular, Mitch and his residential roofing team are the best that I have ever used. Their attention to detail and quality of work is second to none. Most roofers will not touch the work done by others because they would be responsible from then on, but I can attest that I have asked Dunnrite Roofing to find and fix 6 different nuisance roofs that others failed in repairing and they were the only ones that fixed the real problem for good. Dunnrite will definitely be used by us again. They are a company that you can trust.

Do not use DunnWrong. They were contracted to replace roof on my house I just purchased (2020). They left debris all over the yard and it looks like they didn't run a magnet at all. They replaced 2 sheets of wood, and my contract says they'll replace up to 20 sheets of wood and pay back the money for unused sheets (never seen that money). When they replaced 1 sheet, it was the one around the power mast. The power mast fell at an angle and they built new wood and roof around it, even though it was off of my wall now. I told them they need to fix it. They straightened the mast, but since the top of the meter box was creased and damaged, straightening the mast pulled the meter box off of the wall. They told me I need to pay an electrician out of pocket and it's not their fault. Luckily, the title company had the check for them and I told them that the roofing company caused damage. The crew leader went down to the title company 2 or 3 times and threatened them to release the check, claiming it was illegal for them to withhold it (it was legal). When he realized he wasn't getting the check until it was fixed, they obliged and fixed the damages that THEY created. They were trying to absolve themselves from responsibility but couldn't. They reluctantly paid an electrician to fix it. I am a technician so if I cause damage to a customer's property from neglect, carelessness, or not securing what I am working on, my company is responsible. I am responsible. Avoid this shady business. The office ladies were nice though. Pro tip: take before and after pictures like I did. It will help with a lawyer if you need one. That goes for any big repair to your house.

Called for an estimate and the owner's assistant failed to schedule it as promised. When I called back to check on my estimate, she said..."Oh so sorry, but we are too busy and couldn't make it". Gave them a second chance until I received a call from the owner, Mitch defending his assistant and telling me I must have contacted the wrong company. Had a horrible attitude and was not even apologetic. Poor customer service in my book!
