Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! After dealing with multiple storms, I needed a new roof and contacted seven companies for quotes and consultations. Top Line Roofing stood out immediately. They provided three detailed options by email—without sending a high-pressure salesperson—and their pricing came in lower than all six competitors. They even installed a solar roof fan I had purchased at no additional cost, which was a welcome bonus. The project scheduling and execution were seamless. Shingles were delivered on time the day before work began, and the crew arrived promptly as scheduled. By the end of the first day, they had stripped the old roof, replaced damaged plywood, applied new underlayment, and installed half of the shingles. The only delay was due to an inspector’s schedule; once cleared, the crew completed the job the very next morning. The workmanship and professionalism of the crew were exceptional. They protected my landscaping with tarps, carefully disposed of the old shingles, and thoroughly cleaned the property. I was initially concerned about stray nails, but they went over the entire yard with magnetic bars, and I have not found a single nail since. Communication was also excellent. Project manager Andres (Andy) Rosas was responsive and professional, promptly returning texts and calls—always within the hour. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to work with Top Line Roofing.
