I needed to replace the roof on a rental. While I got several estimates, Total Roof Services, was highly recommended by someone within my professional network. I selected Total Roof Services and wasn’t disappointed with my choice. My sales rep, Samuel, was professional, courteous and patient throughout the process. Communications were always clear and timely. Since I was highly impressed with their work, I decided to use Total Roof Services for a second rental the month following the completion of the first roof. The second rental went smoothly as well. Unfortunately during the roof work, a little damage occurred to the house which needed repair. Total Roof Services took ownership of the issue and promptly reimbursed me for the repair. I think that says a lot when a company handles problems quickly and with ease. I am very impressed with Total Roof Services. All employees I have interacted with have been caring, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and would use them for future roof services.

Total Roof Services did an excellent job in replacing our roof and we highly recommend them to anyone considering a roof replacement. The crew and Jose were great! They arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up around the house prior to leaving each day. Jose even honored his work about a year later when we discovered a leak at our patio roof. Without hesitation, and at his cost, Jose sent his crew out to fix the leak. That alone made us realize we chose the right company - Total Roof Services - for our roof care. Thanks Jose and team!!!!

Total Roof quoted me a price to replace my roof that was good for 30 days. At that time I could not do it but, 2 years later I called them and they told me they would do it for the quote they gave me before. They did a great job replacing my roof. They were very professional and clean up all of the debris. I would recommend them anytime.
