Total Roofing is awesome, they made the re-roofing experience seamless, fast and stress free, the craftmanship is excellent, the staff attentive and responsive, every crew is very efficient and they move quickly from one phase to the next without sacrificing on work quality. Very impressed with everyone's kindness and willingness to answer every question I had, from the workers all the way to the project Supervisor (Benny) who even went out of his way and to Home Depot (after the final inspection) to get a gutter down spout and replace a section that had been slightly dinged by the staff during the project. Shopped around for new roof and was referred to Total Roofing Systems by a close family member. I was impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. The teams at the company work together like a well-oiled machine. From the detailed explanations during the estimate process to the consistent and clear communication during the installation was awesome. The installation crew was very professional and thorough with the cleanup at the end of each day. The installation itself was a work of art. Highly recommended!!!

Simply put, these people really are the metal roof experts. Considering the costs of metal roofs these days there is a great deal of concern regarding the contractor. Are they going to show up? Are they going to do what they said? Are they going to get it done in the timeframe quoted? For the cost quoted? Etc etc.. The invariable answer to any conceivable question is a resounding yes. From first meeting with Zach McGowan, our sales representative to the office staff, to the site supervisor Nery, they were all knowledgeable and professional. They even made a group text with all of the above mentioned people for transparency and communication throughout the project. There was an army of workers working hard every day. The workers made a huge mess every day but they thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each workday and did a thorough (4 hours) cleaning at the completion of the project. Nery went out of his way to personally get on the roof in an effort to be my eyes during the final walkthrough. He did spot 2 areas that he said needed improvement from an aesthetic standpoint and had 2 workers come out the very next day. We are extremely pleased with both the functionality and looks of the new metal roof. We could not be happier with the entire process from start to finish. I am confident that if I called and had a concern there would be ample support for whatever the issue might be. I have already recommended Total Roofing Systems to a friend and neighbor.

Total Roofing is most definitely the best company we have ever dealt with.... It all started with Luis coming over to price and advise us on the project.. We have decided to go with the shingle roof and slightly changed the color of it... We got to meet Benny, site supervisor that kept us informed and educated on the project.Mario the installer and his crew were very hard working, polite and professional bunch... Last but not least it was Shakira that kept the schedule and managed the job perfectly and stress free...
