Town Roofing

Our community had to have our clubhouse and main pool house roof replaced because of hurricane Ian. We set up interviews with roofing contractors and selected Town Roofing in Ft Myers as our contractor. Russ, the owner of Town Roofing and Wesley, the office manager and Russ' right hand man, both were very involved with the project from start to finish. After their interviews they also attended our master board meeting and answered questions prior to being hired for the job. Wesley took care of all the permitting process and documentation with Estero. We decided to replace our asphalt roof with a metal roof with a 50 year warranty. They were able to have the metal cut on site which meant we had less seams as some of the runs were 45 ft long. The metal roofing team of 10 workers worked together like clockwork. Each of them had different jobs and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. We had to keep the clubhouse open while the roof was being install and each day the workers gave residents a safe entry and exit area. With the new metal roof we brought our dated clubhouse exterior into the 2020's. Our owners couldn't be happier with the finished product!! The new metal roof really added a WOW factor to the clubhouse and pool house exterior. We just got our new roof from Town Roofing as ours got hit by Hurricane Ian. Russ Town was on top of the entire process. He got our estimate to us quickly, we signed off and the plan was underway. His team was out to the house when they said they would be there. Removed the shingles the 1st day, the new ones went on the next day and we LOVE the look. We picked the black shingles and they really make the house look nice. Thank you Russ and team for the excellent work in the Cape!
