Excellent service and price. Tracy gave us an estimate within 2 days of my calling his company. He agreed to the time restraints as we are a student complex and needed the job completed in Dec. Tracy and his crew showed up on Tuesday and finished the job by Friday. I highly recommend them and wished I had known about his company when I replaced the other roofs. Thank you for the great job! Property has 3 roofs. After dealing with 2 other local commercial roofers; 1 roof (Perry) they took 4 months to complete, the other company took our money in March 2019 and we still didn't have a new roof (Mac Johnson) by August after numerous promises. Finally had to request our money back. Beware.

Cantley roofing put new metal roof on our home. They did an excellent job. No complaints! The workers were friendly and answered any questions we had. Price was great. Job was done in one day. Beware of Hiring Tracy Cantley for Roofing Work I hired Tracy Cantley to replace my shingle roof with a metal one, which came with a 10-year workmanship warranty and a 25-year materials warranty. Unfortunately, the roof began leaking in less than nine years. Upon inspection, it became clear that he had used cheap, inappropriate screws and performed substandard installation work. I contacted Tracy and provided the original contract and photos documenting the leaks. He initially claimed someone would inspect the issue, but no one ever showed up. Despite multiple follow-ups, he stopped responding entirely and never addressed the problem. I’ve reported him to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and the case is currently under review. Unfortunately, without pursuing legal action, I have little recourse. In my experience, his actions were dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this contractor to spare yourself the financial and emotional stress.

Purchased high end asphalt over metal roof tile. Plus new soffit all around. Showed up and did the work as agreed. Had a leak around the fireplace. And part of the soffit fell off as it had not been installed correctly. Called Cantley direct several time to fix it. Never showed up. Finally he said he had attorneys and for us to take a hike (paraphrase). Also white caulk on a black roof looks like, well you know. Hired another company to finish the job right.
