While looking for a roofing company I met Jack Li from Trademark Restorations. Jack was very professional and helpful. He was always available when I needed him and was informative and present every step of the way. Communication was great and he always listened to my questions and concerns.

Trademark restoration handled all our needs for our roof replacement. Dan Smith, our rep. was very professional and kept us in the loop the whole time, as it took 9 months to settle our case with our insurance company who denied us our claim from hurricane Erma. When it came time to replace our roof it took 2 days for demo and three days for tile installation. The work was done very thorough and professional .

Trademark was very responsive to my needs and low pressure when it came time for me to make my own decisions. They answered my questions, eased my concerns and was very thorough at handling my claim. I like that they stand behind their work. My project went smooth. I highly recommend them.

Trademark did a good job on my roof. They lived to their commitments. On two small occasions their subcontractor did something incorrectly. Trademark was very fast in correcting the issue. Both times they fixed the problem immediately. I was very satisfied with their reaction time to these two small incidents. At completion I had many comments from neighbors about the looks of the installation and quality of the workers. I'd use them again if I had the need.

After a phone conversation with the CEO of Trademark Restoration Inc., it was very apparent that he had no problem with his employee stealing money from the company by doing sidework with a company truck. I met this employee in a company vehicle and wanted to retain their services. The employee said he was very slow at the time (June 2023 and only 8 months after a devastating Hurricane Ian....and he's slow?). He said he would take care of me and gave me a company business card. Once this employee came to my house, I asked for an itemized receipt for tax purposes to show what repairs would be done. Upon request of that, the employee said it would be sidework. He always showed up in a Trademark Restoration vehicle. I needed 8 roof shingles replaced, 4 downspouts, a small piece of soffit replaced and my lanai roof replaced (not attached to main roof.) The first time he came out, with another Trademark employee, in a company vehicle the shingles were replaced. Upon attempts to get the 4 downspouts, soffit, and Lanai roof replaced with new plywood and a flat metal sheet, is where the trouble began. We got numerous excuses about why the scheduled days of work were cancelled and often received NO phone call when he didn't show up. I was often told he was working on getting all the downspouts needed which led me to believe he was taking them from current job sites of Trademark Restoration Inc. He even said he drove to Sarasota to get the right size but had no luck....really? He did some work to the lanai roof but it leaks much worse when it rains than before it was "fixed" which now I watch my lanai flood. The last lie was when we received fake x-rays of a broken arm to explain his latest No Show. I then called Trademark and spoke to a manager who apologized for this employee's deception and promised that Trademark would take care of the issues. The manager said it was a "disgrace" to the company. He confirmed the employee never broke his arm. This manager came out and met with us, took pictures and said the unfinished work would be done, and the employee would be reprimanded, to what degree I didn't know. The manager met with the CEO and called me to say they couldn't do anything to rectify my unfinished work. Now in October 2023, I called the CEO myself to which I received nothing but excuses with no resolve. Regardless of how the work was to be completed, 5 months later, I'm out almost $1,000 with subpar work, only 2 downspouts replaced, one of which has come loose from the house, 1 not replaced at all, 1 with temporary tape of some kind wrapped around it which has caused no water to come out of it with incorrect water flow off the gutter that has created a deep hole in my yard, a flood on my lanai whenever it heavily rains, and still no soffit replacement. Mr. CEO of Trademark Restoration Inc, you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing your employees to steal your money and supplies to do sidework and leave a person unhappy and out almost $1,000. This company and the employees I've dealt with have a lack of work ethic, have lied, deceived, made excuses, and have taken no responsibility for the horrible customer service. God knows that you have been dishonest and fraudulent, so you will reep what you sow. Future customers, BEWARE! This company will not reprimand, doc an employee's paycheck, or fire employees that purposely take on work using a company vehicle but call it sidework. This is a reflection on the CEO and the type of employees he will allow to work for him, even knowing they steal from him. You're a victim too! I wonder how many other side jobs have been done, and how much money Trademark Restoration Inc. has lost? I guess if you're a millionaire, you don't care about others, ethics, or being a good Christian person. On my salary, $1,000 is a lot of money that I'm now out of. Shame on you Mr. CEO! The Trademark Restoration Inc. name has been tarnished. Update: After filing a complaint with BBB, Jordan Houston, Production Manager called me and refunded my money. You made the right and moral decision Jordan.
