Excellent Experience with Tricon Builders I had a great experience working with Tricon Builders on my roof repair. Mike Long was my main point of contact, and I really appreciated his professionalism and persistence throughout the process. He stayed on top of things, followed up when needed, and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. The crew was efficient, professional, and completed the job quickly. The quality of the work was solid, and the roof looks great. From start to finish, the communication was clear and the process was handled the right way. I had TriCon Builders do all new hardy board siding. paint and fascia on my house. They did a wonderful job. Everyone from the owner, the project manager and the subs were great to work with. I am extremely happy with the final result. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have any work done on their home.

We chose TriCon years ago to build our dream home and are so happy with the quality and craftsmanship. Jason was wonderful to work with throughout the process. So, when it came time for a new roof, it was an easy decision to call the TriCon Roofing Division. I’m not the easiest to please, but we couldn’t be happier with the results. Michael let us know what to expect from the start and kept us informed every step of the way. The crew started and finished on schedule, and they cleaned up every day. They did a meticulous job with the underlayment, ensuring the roof was properly sealed and watertight before the shingles were installed. The new roof looks fantastic, and I especially appreciated the extra touches, such as painting the vent we added after the build for our outdoor kitchen, so it blended perfectly with the original vents. This is one small example of good people who take pride in doing things right. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your roofing project (or to build your dream home).

I became acquainted with TriCon Builders, Inc. during the 2013 Tallahassee/Big Bend Parade of Homes. My new neighbors built a custom TriCon home and having fallen in love with the whole family I spent lots of time in their new home. It was fabulous, well-crafted and quality built. I have followed TriCon for 12 years and when its time to remodel my home they will be my go-to contractor. I recently needed a roof replacement. I was a good shopper and got several estimates from other excellent roofing companies. Ultimately I selected TriCon, knowing that the company had been installing roofs in the Tallahassee area for over 20 years. Jason, the owner, and Michael, who manages the Roofing Division, and I met in person several times. They provided me with so much valuable information. They had underlayment and shingle samples and clearly explained their processes, materials, contract and warranties. They provided links to their suppliers' websites where I could learn more and see virtual images of different shingles on my house. They helped me choose the best products for my environment. Once the contract was signed and work began I was very impressed with the work crew. They worked from early morning to evening and even on Saturday to complete my job as soon as possible. The men were respectful of me and my property and of one another. Because Michael expressed to the crew leader the importance of keeping my environment free of roofing debris because I have three dogs, the perimeter of my home was cleaned several times a day with a large magnet. At completion my property was left clean and my new roof looks fabulous. The wind mitigation inspection was completed yesterday and we got a thumbs up so I expect now to save hundreds of dollars a year on my homeowners insurance. Overall this was a well-planned and executed project by experienced professionals and I could not be happier with the result.
