I have had a horrible experience with this company. I hired the to install my new roof. They did so much damage. The sent an inexperienced crew to roof my house. No one told them about taking gutters they put screws all in my gutters everywhere. They messed up the facia board too. I can’t make this up, really they made holes in my roof and didn’t bother to tell. They couldn’t speak English. They had no one supervising them . No one told me that the crew had left holes all around my roof line.. My pest control inspector saw them when he came to inspect the roof to be sure everything had been done correctly . He found 8 holes, prefect for rats to inner my attic. Trinity wanted him to put in a claim for the holes. He repaired them telling them that the weather had not caused them. They were asking a company to do something that is not ethical . Trinity project manager Taylor, was trying to get them to do do a claim knowing the roofer made the holes. She kept annoying they told her they would fix them themselves. And this company did, and do you know what, they did not charge me one penny for fixing these holes. Rocket Pest and Company fixed them at no cost to me. The man who put flashing around my chimney destroyed the stucco on wall around chimney up he smeared tar all over it trying to hide what he had done.They were not supervised. Nobody check their work after they finished. They have done a lot of damage around my roof and under it. And they do not want to pay for it. Let me clarify that they’re wanting another check from me and now they’re telling me that they’ll fix everything if I give them my insurance settlement because they put in a late claim. Every time there was a check they said they would fix my gutters and other damage. It was a lie. However, the first check from my insurance company was delayed, so in their great wisdom they told me they were gonna put a lien against my house. And if they did not get their money, they were have their attorney handle it, and have a Bill collection company calling me. Well the first check did get here but it late it made it here. When the second check did not arrive as they thought. They once again said they were gonna put lien against my house again. Now this check was $2,830.10. I do not make this statement without proof. After contract was finished they sent an another claim in requesting additional money. The money they said was for swimming pool solar panels. I called the company that remove/reinstalled them told me they had been paid in full. I was told that Trinity Restoration & Roofing had been given a large discount so the insurance could cover the cost. This company was paid to remove gutters and then reinstall. Trust me they didn’t. Claims for heater and air conditioning solar panels claims they removed/reinstall said them had done this they lied. I told them which ones would not be reinstalled. My insurance company said when I asked about these claims “it was up to me to get the money back”, of course they said that insurance companies don’t really expect them to give the money back to home-owners. They kept the money the money they claimed for removing gutters and for reinstalling them. This company has no integrity, they threaten you if you don’t do things their way, and they are very disrespectful. I ask one of the project managers was I not the employer that hired them to do my roof and I was spoken to rather harshly. So I guess I’m not the employer. I could tell you, but I think I should just show you the pictures. I finally settled a statement with my insurance company, stopping the company from constantly calling the insurance company and harassing them and demanding money .The insurance company gave me a settlement and this roofing company wants the money. Or they will once again start threatening me and setting bill collectors on me. The check is in my name and not theirs. But they don’t care. Let me show you some pictures. I just want you to see what a beautiful job they did on my roof. Believe me, it’s all about the greed of this company.
