In a nutshell, Jose is simply outstanding in every way. He just completed a large landscaping and tree maintenance job at our property. He and Beatriz (his wife and office manager) provided a detailed -- and very reasonable -- estimate for the work, answered numerous pre-job questions fully and promptly, and provided a date when the work would start and an estimate of how long it would take. They kept us fully informed leading up to the start date and started the job exactly when they said they would. Jose arrived on the job fully prepared and worked from dawn to dusk every day (including weekends) until the job was done. He has his own skid steer (of which he is a very skilled operator) and he can obtain and operate a wide variety of other heavy and light equipment as needed. His equipment is new and well-maintained, clearly reflecting the pride he has in his work. He is absolutely meticulous in everything that he does and takes his time to get the details right. He frequently noticed additional details that needed to be addressed that even I did not notice. I added some substantial additional work items that extended the job by a few days, which Jose graciously accommodated. He is unfailingly patient and polite, and took the time to review progress with me on a daily basis. He had a clear plan every day of what needed to be accomplished, a very good sense of how long each task would take, and he finished each day by ensuring the work area was clean and neat. Finally, the quality of his work is excellent. Despite landscaping not being his main focus, this was easily the best landscaping work we have experienced. His final cost was exactly as estimated plus extremely reasonable charges for the extra work that was added. Jose is honest, multi-talented, and a true gentleman. I am looking forward to leveraging his talents on multiple other home improvement tasks (including gutters, which is his specialty).

Wow what can I say about Jose very professional and the work is exceptional I’m from NYC and retired now here in the Dunnellon area. It was great finding True Gutters from the web search. Jose and his wife Beatriz are the absolute best ever. Being new to the Ocala area I have had good and bad experience with companies. This is the place you want to use if you want someone who is going to work on your house like you would. Patient, kind, on time, receptive are just a few wonderful things about this couple. I have had Jose put on new downspout on and re-route some of them for better drainage, a drainage pit for my water softener, and just this week a landscaping project that looks awesome! Thank you both so much and I will be spreading the word and also calling soon to have work done in out front yard area :)
