Disasters happen, and although you can tell yourself it is just stuff, nothing prepares you for the vulnerable feeling when something impact your personal living space. It was very stressful when we had a flooding in our house, but the manager was very professional and his experience helped us to navigate the situation and we felt that we were in safe hands. He was prompt, thorough and easy to communicate with.

Very quick response from the technician on a Sunday morning as an emergency. The issue was with the solar water heater pipe blown out. We never thought there would be a leak inside the house. But the technician checked with his humidity monitors and found water seeping into our ceiling, walls and carpet. It was identified in a timely manner, which helped the drying process quick and easy. The team straightaway started the drying work and all the water damage were restored within a week. Thank you team.
