We have had a recent interaction with this company during a stressful remediation process. While we have yet to begin the remodeling phase it should be noted the professional and helpful interaction from this company to date. Both John and Debbie have communicated clearly on expectations and answered our many multitude of questions which we found reassuring and informative.

John with United Restoration Group of Ocala went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule with another worker by working on the weekend. He walked me through the entire process, patiently answered all my questions and provided quality service at a very fair price . Needless to say, they made a very stressful situation painless. This company is very responsive and I highly recommend you give them a call !

The entire staff made us feel comfortable and at ease, especially with all the questions that were asked. They were very patient and treated us with respect. We received excellent service from United Water Restoration after a flood in our condo due to a broken pipe in the next door unit. Debbie Veres responded promptly and professionally to my request for services and was an excellent project manager throughout. Marvin and John did a great job with the remediation, checking on our place frequently and making sure that floors and walls were drying properly. UWR put us back together again in a timely fashion, which we especially appreciated since the damage occurred during the busy holiday season. I highly recommend this locally based, family owned company.
