can’t say enough good things about Diego at United Water Restoration. He handled water mitigation in my home after an AC leak, and he was truly outstanding every step of the way. Diego was extremely attentive and professional, always showing up on time and explaining clearly what he was doing. He came by several times to check the progress, carefully measured moisture levels, and made sure everything was drying out properly. He answered every one of my questions with patience and detail, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the work and about helping his clients. Friendly, reliable, and thorough — I felt completely confident knowing Diego was handling this. Highly recommended, as is all of United Water Restoration Group.

Wow! Day one… from start to finish it has been a great experience. I chose UWR of Lakeland because it had such a high rating and has not disappointed! Diego, my tech is very polite and professional, no attitude or apathy during the installation of the equipment, super task focused and efficient. Diego and Larry and all the other workers who have been working in our house to clean up after an interior flood have been pleasant, and hardworking.
