After our first floor flooded, Dewell came out on a Saturday and completely exceeded our expectations. He was professional, kind, and incredibly supportive during a very stressful time. We had just found out earlier that week that my wife is pregnant, and he went above and beyond to make sure she could relax while he handled everything. Dewell was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained his plan clearly before getting right to work. He even slipped in a thoughtful “congratulations” at just the right moment — it meant a lot. He kept me updated throughout the process and worked efficiently to get things under control. If you get the chance to speak with Debbie, she’s amazing too — great communication and follow-through. We’re so glad we chose this company over the others. Dewell and Debbie truly made a tough situation easier to handle.

Working with United Water & Restoration was a fantastic experience. We had a water leak in our house and they were onsite same day. They were thorough in their assessment and were very helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done. Debbie gave us a very fair price, worked with us regarding pricing and insurance, and our preferences for the water/mold rehab. I am a first time homeowner, so she really helped walk us through the process. I plan to work with this company again if there are ever any other water or restoration issues in my home.

I was absolutely impressed with how quickly they responded and how thorough they were regarding getting my home back in shape. The home was flooded at 9p, they were there first thing the next morning. Staying on top of checking the dryness level. I was completely satisfied by the flood restoration and mitigation they did. I was pleasantly surprised they gave a self pay discount so I didn’t have to have a claim on my insurance, which was a BIG saving! I will be recommending them to my family and friends!

Debbie and her team are absolutely fantastic to work with. They are extremely thorough and knowledgeable with very fair pricing. All around great people to deal with, they were very responsive and did everything they said they would to help us. When you're already dealing with a stressful situation it is a tremendous relief to find a group like them to help get everything back to normal in a pleasant and timely manner. Highly recommend!

Had a pipe leak on me at 11 at night. Called united and John Alexaitis was out first thing in the morning cleaning up the mess, sanitizing and drying everything from the flood damage. John was honest and excellent to work with. Told me his honest opinions on things and even did what he could to save me money. A few days later and everything was dry and no demo had to be done! Im glad I chose this company to help my family! Thanks again John!
