After a thorough inspection and estimate, Edwin arrived at our home. He was professional, knowledgeable and most important, kind. He answered all our questions, explained the process, and most important, looked beyond what was seen to make sure all areas were addressed. When done, I walked into our home and was shocked by how clean the house was after all of this work. I recommend United water restoration group to anyone!

This is the second time we’ve worked with this company, and while both experiences have been excellent, this most recent one truly went above and beyond. We were dealing with water intrusion caused by exterior issues outside of our control, which made the situation stressful and full of unknowns. From the very beginning, the team was honest, transparent, and focused on doing what was actually needed — not upselling, not cutting corners, and not pushing a one-size-fits-all solution. When they came out to recheck moisture levels and remove the drying equipment, they identified an area that still needed attention and made sure it was addressed properly so everything could dry fully. That level of care, judgment, and integrity meant more to us than I can put into words. I especially want to recognize Luis, our main on site technicians and Joe, the project manager. They were incredibly thorough, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. After dealing with several other companies during this process that were not nearly as forthcoming, working with a team that genuinely had our best interests in mind was such a relief. If you’re dealing with water damage or remediation and want a company you can truly trust to treat your home with care and handle things the right way, I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work I received from United Water. Great communication, timely, and thorough. I appreciate what Damian and Luis helped me the first few days with testing, mapping, placing all the equipment and answering my questions. Chris Kurdi closed out the job with monitoring the equipment daily, floor removal, and equipment removal. Chris was very nice, brought some donuts to share and even took a damaged chair for me. We had a great experience with United Water Restoration Group. They answered the phone right away and were out to our house immediately to assess the damage and come up with a plan. They are working with our insurance on our homeowner insurance claim as well. Very friendly people and were right on time and arrived when they said they would. Communication was great as well. Chris Kurdi was our technician and did a thorough job and kept us informed on everything he was doing and what the next steps will be. I Highly recommend contacting them for your restoration needs.
