We called David Dustin from United Water Restoration Group on Thursday 10/09/25 at 3AM bec our floors were flooded. He got here at 4:15 and went right to work vacuuming up the water and setting up 21 fans and dehumidifiers of various sizes. He didn’t leave until 12 hours later!! He was very polite, explained everything, helped with getting the plumbers, and completed the paperwork with our insurance company.

I had a mold problem that I have been getting the run around from several other companies for awhile and I am so thankful I found UWRG. They took the time to listen to me instead of just talking down to me. They did the inspection and walked me through all the options, was totally upfront about what the process might look like. I felt liek they were allowing me to make my own decisions, which i wasn't getting from the other companies. Thank you sooooo much!
