I was very pleased and completely satisfied with the work and professionalism of the service I received from the representative (Dave, the onsite supervisor Yordanis, the actual roof laborers, and Marrisa, the final paperwork agent!! They all were GREAT!! Dave was honest up front and delivered everything he’d promised me. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of my roofing project. Made sure I understood everything that would take place from beginning to end. And answered all my questions and simplified the whole process!! Yordanis really impressed me with his eagerness to get the job done quickly and professionally!! They finished the job in one day!! Outstanding work, and my roof looks great. Received soooo many compliments on their work as pass-byers walked by!! Any concerns I brought to Danis attention, he wasted no time to take care of the situation!! And made sure I was completely satisfied!! The roof laborers were courteous and very respectful. Took precise precautions, not to damage anything in my flower bed. They did an outstanding job of cleaning up!! Even in the dark! I was very impressed by their work ethic!! A superb crew!! And Marrisa handled the final stage like a champ!! She was precise and worked in a timely manner to quickly finish the paperwork so I could close out and quickly move to my next phase with the finance company!! Every phase of my project was superb!! I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!! Sorry for a lengthy review, but was needed!!!!

Great company to work with. I looked thru Angie's list for several companies to get qoutes from and out of the many that I sent to only 4 replied and gave me qoutes.Universal was very professional, starting with David as the estimator that walked me thru what he found when he went up on the roof ( many companies try to give qoutes using drone or Google maps, but David actually got up there and physically checked to get a more definitive qoute and what will be needed.)down to Thomas the GC for the project and his guys. They were constantly communicating with me and the progress of the whole project. The guys that did the work on my roof were very courteous and super hard workers. It was extremely hot those 2 days that they were up there. They protected my yard and all the plants that I have around my house including my a/c system outside. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

From the beginning to the end of my experience with Universal roofing it was nothing but a great experience. They are a great company that was upfront about everything and did a stress free job. The salesman Richard Adamson was so knowledgeable and honest about everything unlike other companies. He helped us every step of the way and was a wealth of information about the process. The project manager Thomas McVicker was also great! He was here to make sure everything ran smoothly. The crew of approximately 9 showed up early and finished my roof in 2days. They put tarps all around my house and did an incredible job cleaning up. We had a few minor things that needed to be fixed and when I called Thomas he sent someone out immediately. He is easy to reach and did a great job of overseeing everything and made sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this company and I rarely get to say this. Do not hesitate to use this company. I will recommend them to everyone needing a new roof

We are very pleased with our experience with Universal Roof and Contracting. Estimator Daniel guided us through the process and the production team covered every step in detail. Project Manager Thomas provided great communication on the schedule, progress, and was in constant contact. The on-site crew was professional, respectful of us and our property and worked from dawn to dark for two days, ending with a thorough cleanup. We highly recommend Universal Roof. They work all over the State.

Universal Roofing and Contracting provided outstanding support in the roofing, new gutters and new skylights for the 10 buildings consisting of 42 units and a pool house. Their professionalism and technical expertise started during the contracting process with Mike and Marty; and continued through shingle and gutter removal to new shingles, gutters and skylights with Thomas’s Team. Thomas’s Team are a well oiled machine in action. There was no wasted energy. The team knew the mission and completed all tasks at the highest level. Thomas worked closely with the Association’s leads to ensure everyone (the team and unit owners) were in sync. Thomas, Alonso and the team were outstanding in every respect. The new roofs are evident of the Teams hard work.
