"The company was very helpful in letting me know what needed to be done. They laid out the procedure , how long it would take, and the price." We just finished a project with Universal Roofing for a new roof and it looks fabulous. Concrete barrel tile in Palm Beach blend-Really beautiful. They made every part of the process easy, From dropping off the catalogs of colors from two different companies to showing up on time and at the end of each day they were at our home picking up all the debris(Which is amazing because most roofing companies do a poor job of this-We have used two other roofing companies across two different houses). I really appreciate Tracy Flett, one of the co-owners of this 40-year-old, family-owned business, taking the time to ask what they did well/right and what they could do better-there really wasn’t much they could do better. We are very happy customers and would recommend this business wholeheartedly. It makes me glad to support a local, family owned business that has been around through at least two generations. In the past we have used them twice to repair issues with our roof, they deliver the same kind of service for that as well as a total re-roof. Glad to know that I can count on this company to do things the old-fashioned way(With new materials). A+
