Working with Wendy i helped immensely with my claim for my homeowner's insurance. She kept in contact through email text and phone during the whole process of removing the mold in my home. Their services were excellent and prompt. Thank you so much for guiding me through this difficult process.

I called Unlimited Restoration because a previous company that had been hired to clean up water intrusion in our home did not do a thorough enough job, actually skipping crucial steps, so mold ended up growing. Wendy from Unlimited Restoration was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions and concerns. She and her crew were professional, neat, and their equipment looked well cared for. I highly recommend! I also recommend, if you do have issues with water intrusion or mold, to get information, either online or from others, as to what the proper protocol is for your situation and then contact different companies to get their take on it, since apparently some of them cut corners that can leave you with thousands of dollars in additional repairs.

Our house got flooded during hurricane IAN. Sadly with 20” for 2weeks in deltona. I have never dealt with this before and had no idea who to call or what to do, so I googled it looked over reviews and found unlimited restoration. I must say Wendy is a walking angel. She helped us out in so many ways, not only bio washing and drying the house she connected me with the right honest people who can handle jobs that had nothing to do with the restoration part. Our family is super blessed to find a like hers.

The service and expertise that I was given were exemplary. I can say they were extremely professional, timely, and knowledgeable. I had a water pipe that broke in the master bedroom and it left 4 inches of water throughout the house. They did not do the water extraction, unfortunately. If they had I would not have had to deal with all of the mold issues. Wendy went right to work on assessing water damage and mold. She took care of all of the details keeping me posted on all the damages and estimates. I was having a great deal of difficulty in dealing with insurance adjuster and she took it over dealt with him like the true professional she is. When all the work was finished, I felt confident in starting the rebuild. Wendy is an exceptional person to work with and that is hard to find these days..
